Home Buyer’s Education Workshop

Designed to assist individuals with limited knowledge of the home buying process, participants can expect to learn the most relevant information on pre- and post-purchase topics. Classes are led by certified instructors, in an interactive, 6 hour format. Once completed, participants will receive a certificate of completion, which is a requirement for affordable loans and down payment assistance programs.

Credit Counseling

Individuals can experience financial difficulties as a result of a variety of situations such as loss of employment, health issues, and lack of financial education. While most people do not intend to be in debt, it is a reality for many.
